We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons: food and consumable products (chili powder, smoked sea salt, chili crisp, chocolate), opened or used fragrance products (eau de parfum, beard oil, candles, incense), personalized or engraved items (customized spoons, engraved lighters), and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at info@dragonwalk.life with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking. DragonWalk is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dragonwalk.life with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@dragonwalk.life with your order number.
