All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. During limited drops or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, and select countries in Asia. If your country is not listed during checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations.
EU & UK: Free standard shipping on all orders. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee (2–4 business days).
United States & Canada: Flat rate of $12 USD for standard shipping (7–14 business days). Express shipping available at checkout (4–7 business days).
Rest of World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Standard delivery takes 10–21 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at info@dragonwalk.life.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. DragonWalk has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Certain products in the Treasury (such as lighters, torch lighters, and The Flamethrower) may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on your location. If a product cannot be shipped to your address due to local regulations, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@dragonwalk.life. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.
